  1. NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTS West Zone 24/08/2018

  2. TYPES OF PRODUCTS  WATER PROOFING PRODUCTS  CORROSIVE RESISTANT PRODUCTS

  3. Waterproofing is a fundamental aspect of creating a building envelope to prevent the concrete for different climate conditions. To maintains the appearance of the building & increases the life time of the structure . Prevent the seepage of water for its durability. We provide water proofing solutions for,  Basements,  Roofs ,  Terrace  chejjas  Expansion joints (We deal with several way of water proofing depending on the structure )

  4.  Bentonite Clays(BC)  Sheet Membrane Systems(SMS)  Cementitious System(CS)  Liquid Applied System(LAS)

  5.  Natural clay systems, known as Bentonite act as waterproofing by swelling when exposed to moisture thus becoming impervious to water.  This swelling can be 10-15 % of thickness of the base material.  Clay panels and sheets are popular for use in blind-side waterproofing applications such as on retaining earth systems and elevator and sump pits.

  6.  Sheet Membranes is the combination of Bitumen, polymers & fillers  It is black in colour . Applied by hot applied or cold applied system.  It is used in the roofing applications and include the thermoplastics, vulcanized rubbers and rubberized asphalts. The thickness of these systems varies from (0.8-5.0 )mm

  7. 3.CEMENTITIOUS SYSTEM(CS)  CEMENTITIOUS system contains modified acrylic , Portland cement ,graded additives with filler act as active waterproofing agent.  These systems include metallic, crystalline , chemical additive and acrylic modified system.  These systems can be applied as negative or positive side waterproofing.

  8. CEMENTITIOUS SYSTEM LIQUICRETE 151 LIQUICRETE RTU 1.Multipurpose application 1.Flexible in nature 2.Cost effective 2.Easy application 3.Good adhesion strength 3.Good water resistance permeability

  9. LIQUICRETE 151 ( Cico-Tapecrete 151)  Modified Acrylic base binder with additives.  Mix ratio 1:2 (Acrylic Liquid :Cement)  It can be apply spray/roller/brush  Coverage up to 0.4 kg/m2 @ 2 coats  Recommended for waterproofing of, Basement 1. toilets 2. terraces 3.

  10. LIQUICRETE RTU (DR.FIXIT- PEDIFIN 2K)  Acrylic polymer with graded filler, additive with cement  It is a two component system. Mix ratio 1:2 (Bonding additive: sealing powder)  Coverage up to 1.5-2.0 kg/ m2 @ 1mm of 2 coat application  Recommended for waterproofing for, prevents the dampness in building tanks, 1. Roofs 2. Concrete structure for long period 3.

  11.  These system include urethanes, Rubbers, acrylic, plastics and modified asphalts.  LAS are applied as a liquid and cure to form one monolithic seamless sheet.  LAS can be applied to vertical and horizontal applications.  For Terrace applications, the film thickness (1.0-1.2 mm).

  12.  Based on the chemical property, Liquid Applied system Water based Non water based  LIQUIPLAS ACRYLIC LIQUITHANE EMA LIQUIPLAS PUD   LIQUIPLAS EMB
