TYPES OF PRODUCTS

  • WATER PROOFING PRODUCTS
  • CORROSIVE RESISTANT PRODUCTS

Waterproofing is a fundamental aspect of creating a building envelope

to prevent the concrete for different climate conditions. To maintains the appearance of the building & increases the life time

  • f the structure .

Prevent the seepage of water for its durability. We provide water proofing solutions for,

 Basements,  Roofs ,  Terrace  chejjas  Expansion joints

(We deal with several way of water proofing depending on the structure )

 Bentonite Clays(BC)  Sheet Membrane Systems(SMS)  Cementitious System(CS)  Liquid Applied System(LAS)

slide-5
SLIDE 5
  • Natural clay systems, known as Bentonite act as

waterproofing by swelling when exposed to moisture thus becoming impervious to water.

  • This swelling can be 10-15 % of thickness of the base

material.

  • Clay panels and sheets are popular for use in blind-side

waterproofing applications such as on retaining earth systems and elevator and sump pits.

slide-6
SLIDE 6
  • Sheet Membranes is the combination of Bitumen,

polymers & fillers

  • It is black in colour . Applied by hot applied or cold

applied system.

  • It is used in the roofing applications and include the

thermoplastics, vulcanized rubbers and rubberized

  • asphalts. The thickness of these systems varies from

(0.8-5.0 )mm

slide-7
SLIDE 7
  • CEMENTITIOUS system contains modified acrylic ,

Portland cement ,graded additives with filler act as active waterproofing agent.

  • These systems include metallic, crystalline , chemical

additive and acrylic modified system.

  • These systems can be applied as negative or positive

side waterproofing.

3.CEMENTITIOUS SYSTEM(CS)

LIQUICRETE RTU (DR.FIXIT- PEDIFIN 2K)

  • Acrylic polymer with graded filler, additive with

cement

  • It is a two component system. Mix ratio 1:2 (Bonding

additive: sealing powder)

  • Coverage up to 1.5-2.0 kg/ m2 @ 1mm of 2 coat

application

  • Recommended for waterproofing for,

1.

prevents the dampness in building tanks,

2.

Roofs

3.

Concrete structure for long period

slide-11
SLIDE 11
  • These system include urethanes, Rubbers, acrylic,

plastics and modified asphalts.

  • LAS are applied as a liquid and cure to form one

monolithic seamless sheet.

  • LAS can be applied to vertical and horizontal

applications.

  • For Terrace applications, the film

thickness (1.0-1.2 mm).
