Chunking up- bigger picture/themes/overall issue

  • What is this an example of?
  • For what purpose?
  • What are we trying to achieve here?
  • What does this mean?
  • Let's look at the bigger picture...
  • What would this result in?
  • What is the intention?
  • How does that relate to...
  • What do they really want?
  • Who is this for?
  • By doing this, how will it affect our overall goal?

Chunking down- details/specifics

  • What specifically?
  • What are examples of this?
  • What is the root cause of all this?
  • Tell me more about…
  • What exactly happened?
  • When did this happen?
