Čefur is a person who lives on the teritory of a certain state, but is not a part of national majority. In this case these are people who are coming from the countries south and east of river Kolpa. This river is a border line between Slovenia and Croatia.

Subculture is a magical solution of the collectively recognised problems of everyday life of a certain group of young people.
