insurance policy providing $1,000,000 in general liability coverage. 2. Midland ACS could likely be held responsible at a co-sponsored event where other participants are not adhering to ACS minimum safety standards. It was determined that the ACS standards should be provided at such an event.
– Chemical inventory and MSDS files need to be updated – Experimental reviews are incomplete
– Volunteers to evaluate experimental write-ups using the standard review form
