products (high gloss, cream E/S, etc)

  • Interference color travel can be tinted with straight pearls

to enhance the metallic effect

  • High chroma color travel pearls deliver stunning metallic

finishes – we have the most extensive category

  • Small particle size pigments paired with larger materials

provides a ‘multi-dimensional’ metallic effect

  • To achieve a foil effect, start with TC Bright Silver (97%)

and Chromatique Silver Gray (3%) blend as a base for your

  • formula. Colored pearls can be added on top to tint.

Interference Metallic ‘Enhancers’

Interference pearls can be used as metallic “enhancers” if it is OK if some whiteness shows through on the smaller particle pearls. We recommend our Fiesta sharp line for this purpose. Any glass or synthetic interference pearl that is a larger particle size can be used to achieve more multidimensional looks, as well. Try our gorgeous Diamond Crystal series for high reflectivity. Example: all of our SynMIras (including SynMira Ice and SynMira Blues) and GlassMira pearls will give a metallic look and will be intensified by pairing a strong interference pearl with them like the Fiesta Sharps.
