Continue to promote the notion that service is a way of life for Maryknollers, our duty to home, to country, to the world, and to provide experiences that enable students to grow as individuals and contributors to society. To pursue excellence is to instill in our students and teachers, a strong growth mindset where they are inquisitive, resilient, and responsible in all their pursuits, aim high while staying humble, seek out opportunities for improvement, and celebrate both participation and achievement.

The Four Strategic Focuses To Be Implemented by IMCs

Be forward-looking in leading the school, developing teachers and staff, and most important

  • f

all, creating learning and development

  • pportunities

for

  • ur

students, preparing them for the globally connected, VUCA (volatile, unpredictable, complex and ambiguous) world. Optimize the conditions for students to realize their potential to the full by proactively seeking

  • ut

the best available academic and non- academic opportunities, based on individual students' needs and gifts, and an appropriate balance of support and challenge.

Why Foundation Membership?

  • Benefit: 5 points for Primary School admissions
  • Service: privilege to give back to the School
  • Legacy: due to uniqueness of Foundation as an alumni-

based sponsoring body, without your membership, there will not be a “Maryknoll” Convent School

  • Succession: SSB/IMC managers play a key role in operation

and management of the School. We need an ongoing pool of dedicated alumnae willing to contribute time, energy and knowledge to the future of the School and to the education of generations of young women

slide-25
SLIDE 25

To continue the trailblazing legacy of the Maryknoll Sisters in providing quality education for all, and to bring MCS into the future, we invite you to actively engage, participate and prepare yourselves to serve.
