We carried out early analysis of our 171 estates across the borough We have approx. 16,000 properties providing homes to approx. 40,000 tenants and leaseholders 90% good. 7% fair. 3% (6 large estates/2,100 homes) in urgent need of attention/major investment

• Commence engagement with residents of Convent Way
• Identify independent advice /ballot arrangements

• Appoint community advisor
• Establish resident-led steering group
• Establish a Council steering Board (including rep from resident group)
