“PALA PAC”

 Application for registration was submitted to PA Department of State in

  • March. Typically takes 4-5 weeks for PAC Approval. Once approved,

PALA will need to pay $130 registration fee (annually).

 PALA PAC will need to establish two positions – Chairman, Treasurer.

(Must be held by two different individuals)

 Highly recommended to have a “PALA PAC” logo. Additionally, PayPal

  • n website for PAC donations will need to be analyzed.

 Responsible for submitting Campaign Finance Reports with the DOS

  • annually. (5 reports total)

 Allows for the ability to raise/distribute funds to political allies.  PALA PAC can only accept individual donations. NO corporate

  • donations. For example, Orla Nugent can donate to PALA PAC, but

Columbia Cottage can not.
