▪ DPs, UN Agencies and CROP Agencies have been very active and assisted Tuvalu in many ways. ▪ However there are gaps and Tuvalu would like to address these: Internally TKIII Costing (Financial Assistance) Limited Resources Strengthening Alignment of Sectoral Plan to TKIII and to SDGs Externally Different Approaches used – PFM especially on Procurement, Environment and Social Safeguard, etc Deliverance of project modalities is very difficult GOT protocols are not followed by partners
