Force focusing on the redesign of career and academic planning with an “end goal focused on student experience and preparation for postsecondary success.” ○ Meaningful student activities & experiences vs. career guidance software tool (IHAPI)

  • Individual Career & Academic Plan (ICAP)

○ Quality career guidance opportunities through meaningful career & academic planning ○ Well thought out plan reviewed annually and revised to align with student’s career & academic goals ○ Required for ALL students in grades 8-12
