Excellent quality olives

EnKardia EVOO series is produced from olives of Koroneiki variety, from our own olive grove in Geraki. The caltivation is done without the use of pesticides or other chemicals.

Harvesting period

Harvesting starts in mid-October, when the fruit is still green, resulting in olive oil of high quality, retaining its unique

  • rganoleptic properties, fruity scent and remarkable fmavor.

Same day oil production

The fruit is collected by hand and the cold pressing starts immediately after harvesting at 27°C, solely with mechanical methods, according to the EU Legislation.

Bottling - Packaging

Bottled in well designed untransparent containers, which protect the oil from light, and in which it can be preserved for a longer period of time (18 months).

Greek Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that our product is 100% greek extra virgin olive

The storage

The olive oil is stored in one ton tanks with nitrogen provision and controlled temperature. The nitrogen blocks the contact between air and olive oil thus oxidization is avoided.

TSILIA NATIONAL OLIVE GROVE

The olive grove is located in Laconia southeast from Sparti, in a village named Geraki, at 300 m. altitude. Since 1867, the olive grove of the location is offjcially recorded as a national olive grove of Greece.

KORONEIKI OLIVE VARIETY

The Koroneiki is an olive cultivar from Greece primarily used in
