POS System

We are implementing a Point of Sale System for food and beverage sales that is expected to enhance the guest experience, provide useful sales data, and increase sales!

  • Finance and IT have approved of the system’s

design, capacity, security, and reporting features.

  • Finance has reviewed the financial procedures

and controls.

  • Staff will monitor sales in real time to assist

vendors and detect discrepancies and/or errors.

  • Technical support staff will be on-site at all times

to address any equipment concerns.

  • Restaurants will be trained on the system at the

May 6 pre-event meeting, and have access to a demo system in our office throughout May.
