Conclusion

 Faculty‐ PPT presentation is a useful tool in candidate selection  Applicant‐ PPT presentation was a positive experience with a mild

impact on their rank selection

 Other programs may benefit by implementing into their interview

selection process

 Faculty agreed the oral PPT presentation was:

 Worth the time investment  Provided a better overall understanding of the applicant during

the interview

 Would recommend it to other programs
