Housing Accessibility
Now that a Student Housing Guide has been created, Senate can continue moving forward with an outline on how best to help students find housing and other low income resources.
Goal #1
Listed Below are the following ideas (paths) that Senate will be exploring in more detail
Student Satisfaction Inventory
2020 Review
All degree-credit students can take the survey every two
- years. The survey is taken online, outside of class time and is
- voluntary. The SSI measures students' levels of satisfaction
and priorities, indicating how satisfied students are at Madison College as well as those issues most important to
- them. Our results are also benchmarked against other two-
year institutions nationwide.”
Goal #2
Review results from the Student Satisfaction Inventory, administered in February 2020.
Digital Equity
Promoting digital equity at Madison College will be a new goal for the Student Senate. This initiative will include issues related to reliable internet, access to technology, possible assistive technologies, and the support/training on how to use those technologies or programs correctly in order in achieve academic success.
Goal #3
Create an initiative statement that will clarify the issues included in Digital Equity and lead the Senate to create action steps to address this initiative.
