• Irradiate 6 FE65_P2 chips to 150, 350 and 500 Mrad → 4 chips in the

beam at the same time

• Chips powered and clocked during irradiation
• Monitor analog and digital current, as well as Iref voltage of one chip

up to 500 Mrad

• Irradiate one FEAST
• MP board to 150 Mrad
