ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS

Edwards Aquifer Water Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP) implemented to offset additional impervious cover and ROW. Traffic Noise Noise barriers not feasible or reasonable. Endangered Species Potential impacts to federally listed species (karst invertebrates) identified. Ongoing consultation with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). Water Resources Clean Water Act (Section 404) No pre-construction notification required. No wetlands identified.
