The Grand Forks Public School District School Board has authorized SitelogIQ to convene a group of 40-50 district stakeholders/patrons to serve on the Facilities Taskforce in an advisory capacity to the school board relative to long-range facility planning; Further, the Taskforce will align community values with contemporary educational experiences. The Facilities Taskforce will serve as a conduit between the community and Grand Forks School Board and Grand Forks Air Force Base School Board. Relating to school district owned facilities, primarily school buildings and the Mark Sanford Education Center, as well as financial implications;
The Facility Planning Task Force will:
requirements to support student needs and programming
as financing options available to support potential projects
and fiscally responsible solutions, including considering operational efficiencies and costs
