• Method of Administration

 mailed to random sample of households throughout the County  follow-up by e-mail and phone

• Sample size:

 minimum of 800 completed surveys  demographics of survey respondents will accurately reflect the actual population of the County

• Confidence level: 95%
• Margin of error: +/- 3.5% overall
