Admonition to stay the course of wisdom It is not enough that this wisdom be listened to, but it must be embraced and applied. Interestingly, Solomon’s son Rehoboam, abandoned the wisdom of his father and lost 10 of Israel’s tribes to Jeroboam. The result of this was centuries of civil war.
