CONCLUSION

conclusion  The Open Courses program had a strong impact on the Greek Academic Community  new software platforms and infrastructure  extensive know-how  3450 open courses by more than 3600 teachers  more awareness of Open Education and OERs  It may serve as an example for other countries and communities.
