Probation/Dismissal/Appeal info

  • CCP Probation: An underperforming student is placed on CCP

probation ○ May take no more than 1 CCP course the next semester

  • An underperforming student is defined as a student who:

○ Has a cumulative GPA of lower than 2.0 in the college courses taken through the CCP Program; or ○ Withdraws from, or receives no credit for, two or more courses in the same term.

  • CCP Dismissal

○ An ineligible student must be dismissed from the program

  • An ineligible student is defined as a student who meets the

definition of an underperforming student for two consecutive terms of enrollment
