The Healthy Life Center provides health guidance, services, and education to inspire healthier lifestyles. • Dedicated to maintaining and improving health. • Learn about Lee Health’s services and connect to community resources through daily health and wellness education. • Navigation to health services including scheduling assistance with Lee Physician Group or an outpatient service, such as rehabilitation and testing. Staffed by Personal Health Advocates, Health Service Coordinators, and • Schedulers. 22
