  1. Part of The JK Group -- Thailand ’ s leading textiles group in Asian industrial for over decades – Perma Corp. was proudly launched in July 2016, as one of the company who professional in Nano Zinc Oxide technology and also the innovator of PERMA ™ , the Permanent Anti-Bacterial nZnO Fibres , which is the future solutions for those who concern life improvement. With our sustainable and advent technological solutions for functional textile, our PERMA ™ products are environmentally friendly and will provide the added value for people. Our company wholeheartedly promises with a trusted application throughout production process for everyone.

  2. Our Visions Our vision (PERMA Corp.) is that to achieve consistent in: Improving Quality of Life, Innovating eco-friendly technology, and Representing high standard organization.

  3. - Being a leader in “ Extruded Nano Zinc Oxide fibre ” solution. - Pursuing team ’ s goal in “ creating, producing and delivering daily happiness ” . - Implementing a Marketing 4.0 strategy in our company. - Focusing on PERMA ™ technology acknowledgement to not only end-users but also our business partners. - Seeking, developing and sustaining the long- term business partnership opportunity . - Aiming specifically at R&D related to Nanotechnology in functional textile product in a systematic way.

  4. OUR INNOVATION

  5. How it works? Becoming high quality nZnO textile product, we choose a potential Nano Zinc Oxide as a key material then embed it into the fibre via in-house technology. This results in creating the permanent anti-bacterial fibre for hale and hearty purpose. Insightful Technology We add the nZnO masterbatch mixtures with fibre during extrusion and spinning process of the yarn, this application offers modified fibre structure which gives better yarn performances and environmental friendly product unlike the conventional coating method (non-permanent) does. This state-of- art technology also shows that this permanent ability helps to eliminate the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae. These two bacteria cause malodour, skin diseases, allergies, and other respiratory diseases. This functionality has been proven by international lab testing (See appendix).

  6. ANTI-BACTERIAL NON TOXIC Less Odor On normal human HEK cells (@20K PPM)

  7. Silver/Nano Silver Copper/Copper Oxide Titanium dioxide Can dilute through laundering, Very-low GRADE quality due to • • Used in textiles for UV protection • cleaning, and abrasion and its uncontrolled before-after For antibacterial purposes must • released into our environment design be combined nano titanium Kill both good and bad bacteria Kill both good and bad • • dioxide with nano silver Expensive bacteria • Makes the fabrics slightly acidic • No protein absorption property Dyeing limitation especially • • Expensive • Cause cancer pastel and bright color (Red • Fabric has harshness and • Not recommended in textiles tone color base) • powdery affect Listed as an EPA Priority • pollutant and an EPA Hazardous air pollutant Human can intake of 10 • mg/day

  8. Chitosan & Triclosan Carbon Hemp A naturally antimicrobial Eco-fabric The most naturally sustainable • • • biopolymer Less efficient than other fabric • Derived from the shellfish (e.g. metal compounds Less pre-production • • shrimp, crabs) and some fungi Dyeing limitation especially processing before use • Some people might be allergic bright color (Dark color Both hypoallergenic and • • to it based e.g. black and grey) natural anti-bacterial Possesses endocrine system- High production cost properties • • disrupting properties Lower market demands Less comfort and style • • Highly toxic to organisms living in Need to have special Wrinkle easily • • • aquatic environments equipment and expertise Mostly used to produce for • medical proposes (75% of healing rate) and painting No UV protection function •
