What is KentVision?

A major Business Change Programme

• To support improvements in student lifecycle administration and

student experience

• IT-enabled using SITS product
• All programmes delivered across the student lifecycle
• Business processes, from enrolment to award and ceremonies
• Processes and organisational structure/role changes as

necessary to deliver a unified solution and enable schools to focus on face to face engagement with their students

• Replacement of the current SDS scope
