Academic & Career Planning Academic & Career Planning (ACP) is a student-driven, adult-supported process in which students create and cultivate their own unique and information-based visions for post secondary success, obtained through self-exploration, career exploration, and the development of career management and planning skills.

Highlights Include Approximately 80% of students report having researched a career. Survey of Students 72% of seniors have a career or life goal in the fall. To Establish Needs 71% of students know the connection between the skills they have and the careers they like. Students Asked For More Help With ● College Visits (52%) Fall Survey ● Job Shadowing (44%) ● Interview Skills (42%) Students Grades 9-12 Additionally, 50% of students reported being neutral, disagreeing, or strongly disagreeing that they knew which classes to take for their future goals.
