  2. What are we going to talk about? • Research question • Research • Insights • Concept • Workshop • Customer Journey Map Media Use •

  3. Research Question. How can we engage 50 – 65 yr. old people to join up with their neighbourhood and switch to green energy?

  4. Insights. • Not well-enough informed. • Need help with calculations and personal planning. • Process not clear enough. • The fact that they save costs and efgort when doing it together is not clear enough. • Very cautious not to be tricked and to have to pay more than necessary. • Want to be sure that their investments are worth it. • Individually don’t think the rest will want to join.

  5. Concept. We are more than just neighbours, we are The neighbourhood becomes a team! more than only a neighbourhood. The people form a team and by joining each member makes a promise to start making chang- es to their house to save energy. Everyone who joins the team re- ceives a badge of recognition.

  8. Workshop. Goal of the workshop The goal of the workshop is to make people join Buurkracht and make an investment and later inspire their neighbours to join as well. They will not only save energy but also build a relationship with the neighbours and feel like a group. Structure of the workshop The structure of the workshop is: workshop (1 evening) + homework (2 months) + evaluation (part of next workshop). How to get know about the workshop? News about the workshop taking place will be spread through the use of posters on bus stops and supermarkets; distributing flyers around the houses and pinning them on notice boards in supermarkets. There will be a link to the website, where they can find further information.

  9. Workshop. Posters & Flyers ONDERZOEK SAMEN MET DE BUURT NAAR GOEDE OPLOSSINGEN! Hoe?
