Density by parcel 2. Health and safety detriment 3. Design review 4.View and shadow impacts CC Priorities HAP item to develop local density bonus program HAP item to develop density standards by parcel J-SISHL Potential Actions: Provide input on consultant’s work and assist with development of new objective standards related to HAA, SB-35 and the above referrals.

Identify necessary actions for implementation. Forward recommendations to Planning Commission.
