Company: CYMI Holdings provides wealth management services to high net worth individuals. CYMI takes an integrated approach to managing clients' assets combining investment services and tax planning to best meet our clients’ long-term goals and objectives. Location: 6450 Sand Lake Road Dayton, Ohio 45414 Position Title: Investment Accountant Reports to: Director of Finance & Accounting Primary Function: Provide investment accountancy and reporting services for all assets managed by the Family Office. This will also include the daily cash management of these investments. Work closely with both the Accounting & Investment groups to ensure all investment activity is accurately and consistently recorded across the various accounting and reporting systems. Responsibilities: (1) Manage all cash activities related to the investment partnerships and investments held by the foundation, individuals or trusts. Processing all rebalancing transfers, capital calls & distributions and line of credit activity. (2) Record and post all investment related activity in the Investment accounting system at the entity and investor

• levels. Ensure all journal entries and related support are

filed according to policy. (3) Perform monthly & quarterly investment reconciliations for all assets held under management. This will include our two primary investment systems tracking daily activity. (4) Maintain the various databases used to store this investment activity to ensure accurate and consistent investment and investor balances across all investment systems.

(5) Play an integral role in the performance calculations and reporting maintained in the main investment accounting and reporting system. This will include working with our investment consultants, sending them all monthly activity needed to calculate their performance reporting. (6) Communicate directly with investment managers and custodian to ensure we are getting all necessary documents using the proper communication channels. Send additional subscription and redemption requests to managers. (7) Open all new investment related accounts and ensure those accounts have been added to all necessary investment systems. (8) Perform partnership allocations and profits interest calculations related for the investment partnership where CYMI Holdings is the managing member. (9) Create and Process investment reports periodically to support the investment analysts as they manage the various portfolios. (10) Maintain the CRM system by organizing and storing all investment information – contacts, new subscription documents, call/distribution notices, redemption schedules, etc. (11) Assist the investment team with additional reporting and process needs where possible. Minimum Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting and 1-3 years of related work experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills as well as written,
• ral and presentation skills
• A working knowledge of MS Office is required – strong

Excel skills is a plus

• Experience with GL and reporting systems is a plus – we

currently use Investran, Bi360, FundCount

• Must be able to effectively communicate with and serve

the needs of multiple departments and consultants

• Self-starter, able to manage priorities and time effectively
• Ability to enhance process efficiencies is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good organizational skills

Physical Demands and Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information.
