duties, responsibilities of a position – skills required to perform the duties

  • Based on a system agreed to by the College

Employer Council and OPSEU, Provincial Joint Classification Committee (JCC)

  • Determines the Payband based on content, NOT

the incumbent

  • Position descriptions must be kept current
