What have we done Recycle water “rainfall harvesting” • – Effluent discharge for chemical make up, trailer/yard/lairage wash – Water re-use also inside the production facilities Communication – present data to the relevant people • – Provide operators with an opportunity to express opinion Optimise our processes • – Automate tripe processing cycles – Replace continuous flow sterilisers – Change wash down practices
