ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Ditches along the northern, eastern, and southeastern frontages of the site. An environmental assessment has been completed by Phoenix Environmental Consultants. The eastern and southeastern ditches require a 15.0m setback from top of bank under Riparian Area Regulation detailed assessment.
