CROATIAN TOUR -14 DAYS

On this 2 weeks round trip you can see the whole Croatia and it’s main attractions – old historical cities, castles, national parks... You will have time to see how people live in different areas, from the villages on the east down to the islands of Adriatic. Of course, this includes fantastic food and you will even have a chance to “catch” some of it yourself.... DAY 1 After arrival we go straight to the most eastern part of Croatia, visiting the villages where local people are cultivating the tradition from more than 100 years ago. Their famous hospitality, local food and wine, will take you back to the times when people didn’t know about stress... We have dinner and overnight in local farm-hotels. DAY 2 Excursion to one of the most popular parks of nature in Croatia, Kopacki rit, ritch with wildlife. We use the boat to explore the lakes and Danube river. For lunch we try traditional Baranja food and wines. Dinner and overnight in local farm-hotels. DAY 3 We travel to Zagreb, capital of Croatia. After guided tour trough the old city center we have lunch and then we travel a little bit more north – to Zagorje. There we enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with local dinner and overnight ... DAY 4 We explore the northest region of Croatia with it’s castles and villages and after lunch we visit Kumrovec – the largest open-air etno museum in Croatia. Dinner and overnight in Zagorje. DAY 5 After breakfast, we take you to one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Croatia –

DAY 6 After breakfast in Opatija, we start our Istrian tour. This day is ideal for all the hedonists and those who really enjoy the real gastronomical experience and good wine. We will not skip the history, so we are visiting Rovinj and beautiful unique Istrian city of Motovun. .. DAY 7 We continue our trip to the valley of the river Gacka in Lika area. Gacka is very rithc with trout and it’s one of the famous European fishing destinations. Here you have a chance to catch your own dinner! Dinner and overnight in local farm-hotel... DAY 8 Visiting national park Plitvice lakes – we will walk trough the park and see all it’s 16 lakes and many waterfalls including famous “Veliki slap” of 78 m.
