  • Survey Review (https://is.gd/supporting_reproducibility)

Per email to Lead Team members on 6/6 from Patricia Kovatch… “As Dr. Craven mentioned on the CTSA iDTF call last Friday (6/1), we are re-approaching you with a request we originally discussed a year ago. We’ve created a survey on data quality and reproducibility for research relying on clinical data from institutional data warehouses, which dovetails well with a proposed new CD2H Working Group presented during the call.” Compiled by a team from: University of Arkansas, Mount Sinai, & Healthcare Data Analytics Association

Supporting Reproducibility in a Learning Health System: Surveying Data Quality-Related Practices, Assessing Awareness and Perspectives, and Gauging Training Needs

This survey explores how data quality for research reproducibility is approached for research studies that use data from institutional data

  • warehouses. In particular, we seek to understand current practices and

views of those who manage routinely-collected health data in institutional data warehouses. The results from this survey will help us form the framework for understanding the current scientific state regarding the data quality and reproducibility for studies relying on institutional clinical data warehouse data. The survey should take 15-20 minutes to complete. This survey has several

  • sections. There are no right or wrong answers, and you are not required to

answer any question that you might prefer not to answer. The survey is anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself. We thank you in advance for your time. Please email madhu.mazumdar@mountsinai.org, principal investigator, if you have questions.
