Objectives of the Indiana E-filing System (IEFS) » Achieve cost and work savings through statewide e-filing » Enable fully electronic court records

Scope of this PNCO » Acquire a statewide E-filing Manager (EFM) that enables the exchange of documents from multiple E-filing Service Providers (EFSPs) and the CMSs currently in use in Indiana. » Acquire, with the EFM, a basic EFSP for use in all Indiana courts. » Support initial and subsequent filings in civil and appellate cases. » Pilot the EFM and Basic EFSP in Odyssey, CSI and CourtView trial courts, an appellate court and potentially a third-party EFSP. » Propose a plan for implementing e-filing statewide.
