Results from Public Input at 2/5/19 Meeting Responses Prioritized Comments Maintain designated bike lanes as much as possible 5 Create consistent tree canopy, greenery, and walkable sidewalks 5 Create as much on-street parking as possible 4 Select tree species that are well suited to heat, avoid blackbirds and Oncor conflicts 2 Design for pedestrian crossing of University Parks 2 Resolve conflicts between bikes and pedestrians 1 Total Comments: 19 Summary: • Street improvements to occur within the right of way, which requires parallel parking on the blocks outside of the initial development area • Widen the median where possible and reduce left turn lanes to primary streets • Bike lane and sidewalk separately striped on three blocks with physical conflicts • Tree and planting consistency throughout Promenade District

Design Enhancements Summary: • Walkable urban street with consistent bike lanes, sidewalks and trolley stops • Uniform street trees and ground level planters to create consistent greenery • Customized approach to each block based on physical and functional concerns • Wider median where possible for stronger visual impact • Elements of delight and gateway at key intersections • Full separate between sidewalk and bike lane planned to occur once development on the three blocks where these are combined will occur Promenade District
