- 97% of written responses were in favor of design and programming ideas
- 3% concerns centered around maintenance of dog park and desire for design
to meet codes, restrictions and view desires

Summary:
- Street improvements to occur within the right of way, which requires parallel parking
- n the blocks outside of the initial development area
- Widen the median where possible and reduce left turn lanes to primary streets
- Bike lane and sidewalk separately striped on three blocks with physical conflicts
- Tree and planting consistency throughout
