An LWML Assembly of Leaders is a gathering of specially selected LWML district leaders and pastoral counselors which focuses on leadership training. What is the goal for the Mid-South District LWML? To inspire and excite women and church workers in our district to participate more with LWML resulting in an eagerness to share Jesus with others. In other words… To get the WORD out! 1

You may have already learned some things about the Assembly of Leaders at one of the district retreats or at your zone rally or zone board meeting. At those events you would have heard about mission inspiration, resources, or communication. However, not everyone is able to attend a retreat, rally or board meeting! So…it was decided that the AOL rollout team should prepare a presentation that would: • Focus on topics related to LWML resources • Be 30 minutes or less • Require no special preparation • Be Oscar worthy! So, here’s the plan! We’ll review… 1. Mission grant resources 2. Christian Life, Leadership, and Gospel Outreach resources 3. LWML tools and social media 4. AOL videos and supporting materials 2
