How to prepare and submit your E-Poster

Please use these instructions as a guide when uploading your E-Poster. If you have any questions, please contact IT person via dgred215@gmail.com or Conference Secretariat via twinc2020.info@elitepco.com.tw for further assistance.

• 1. Deadline for uploading your E-Poster: 23:59:59 (GMT +8) August 10, 2020.
• 2. TWINC 2020 Scientific Committee holds the right to withdraw your E-Poster presentation if no

file is received before the deadline

• 3. TWINC 2020 E-poster upload system is opened from now on: https://www.e-

poster.com.tw/login.php

• 4. E-Poster file Guidelines:

 Please find your Presenting No. in the “Notice for E-Poster Presenter” email.  Each E-poster refers to only one presenting No. Please fill in your Presenting No. at the upper right corner in the PowerPoint template (Please see the “E-poster Template” below or attachment.)  The Presenting Author and Abstract Title in the E-Poster should be the same as the abstract information in the abstract submission system. For the information of your abstract, please login to the abstract submission system at https://twinc2020.com.tw/. E-poster Template: Please enter your Presenting No. at the upper right corner of the banner. For example, EP1-01, EP2-02, etc.

• 5. E-Poster Format:

 Please create your E-Poster using the PowerPoint template provided. (One Page Document)  E-Posters must be submitted in English via the online system ONLY.  Please feel free to design the content of your E-Poster presentations. However, the banner & Presenting No. at the top and the following parts should be included in the file: (1) Objectives (2) Methods (3) Results (4) Implications for Practice

• 6. E-Poster Size:

 In cm: 80 cm width and 142 cm height  Format: 9:16  Picture: DPI 300 pixels/inch

• 7. Save your file as a PDF (.pdf) for quick and easy upload. Maximum file size is 10MB.
• 8. Rename your file by provided E-Poster presenting No. + Presenting Authors’ Name.

For Example: EP1-01JulieWang; EP2-02JohnSmith (There is no blank allowed in the file name.)  Upload your file by login to the online system with provided account and password. How to upload your E-Poster PDF file via E-Poster uploading system?

Upload your E-Poster PDF file by login to the online system https://www.e-poster.com.tw/login.phpw with provided account and password. E-Poster upload Instructions:

• 1. Please enter your account (E-Poster presenting No.) & password and click Login.
• 2. Check your abstract information. (abstract theme, sub-theme, title, presenting author and affiliation.
• 3. Upload your completed E-Poster PDF file→ Click “Upload” button on the down right.

(If you are not able to upload the PDF file successfully, please contact IT person via dgred215@gmail.com.)

• 4. Click “Review” button on the left to check your uploaded PDF file. You are allowed to revise the file

before the deadline.
