TWINC 2020 Poster Session Presentation Guideline How to prepare Poster Presentation?
Please note that the previously abstract submission number (ex. A1-001, E2-001) is no longer available. The NEW GIVEN POSTER SESSION NUMBER (ex. P1-001, P2-007) will be used for the daily program, poster area, program book and the
- ther related program arrangements.
Poster Display
Poster Presenting No. will be mounted on the top of the poster display board by the Conference staff. The poster dimensions are (W)90cm and (H)120cm.
Poster Size Preparation
- 1. Be sure to include the Abstract Title, Authors’ Names and Affiliations centered at the top of the poster and
Poster Presenting No at the upper right corner.
- 2. Use the headings “Objectives, Methods, Results, Implications for Practice” to identify the poster layout.
- 3. The poster is supposed to be readable from a distance of 1 meter. The text should definitely be no less than 5
mm for capitals and tall letters, and preferably larger. Use a constant font throughout the poster.
- 4. DO NOT SEND or MAIL YOUR POSTER to the TWINC 2020 Conference venue but hand carry to the meeting
- site. Also, TWINC 2020 Conference will not provide printing service on-site.
Mounting and Removal
- 1. Presenting authors are required to set up the posters during the designed hours shown below.
- 2. Adhesive tapes will be provided onsite. No paste, glue, thumbtacks or staples are permitted.
- 3. Presenting authors who wish to keep their posters should remove them at the assigned Poster Removal Time.
- 4. The organizer of the TWINC 2020 cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged posters.
- 5. The posters not removed after assigned time will be disposed directly without permission.
