Public Engagement Opportunities

5

  • As called for in the GLWQA, Annex co-leads will be seeking

public input related to specific commitments in their Annex:

– The GLWQA clearly outlines where this is expected (i.e., statements that begin with “The Parties, in cooperation and consultation with…” followed by a list of entities); – The Annex workplans presented at the June GLEC meeting listed which

  • f these commitments are intended to be the focus of activity over

the next 3 years.

  • As Annex implementation continues to “ramp up” and details

are clarified, opportunities for public engagement and input will be publicized.

  • We intend to use www.binational.net, as well as other

communication tools.
