  • Reasons for this are on both sides: by the statistical data

producers and by the users of the statistics

  • Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina is trying to

increase the statistical production as to extend the overall statistical culture in the country

FUTURE STEPS

  • Extended and more sophisticated analysis of survey data
  • Work on proper understanding and use of the statistical data
  • Introduction of new surveys on the basis of EU standards and

recommendations (EU-SILC, TUS, ICT, DHS, FSS)

  • Improvement of the harmonization with EU standards
