Connect graduates to the Mediterranean Companies’ World by international long-period internships ➢ A Euro-Mediterranean societal program offering to the companies a platform of services: ➢ To recruit young euro-mediterranean talents for long period internships abroad ➢ then potentially recruit them in their home country or the country where they completed their internship. ➢ Reinforce links between companies and universities on both sides of the Mediterranean. ➢ Facilitate the acess to employment for students in their home countries at the end of the internship : Circular Mobility ➢ A network of international graduates involved in the 3 development of the Mediterranean.

Missions of HOMERe ➢ Accompany companies in their recruitment needs by putting them in contact with students corresponding to their researched profiles. ➢ Help to place Euro-Mediterranean students in long international internships. ➢ Accompany the trainees, their training institution and the host companies in their administrative procedures. ➢ Contribute to the trainees’ preparation for their installation abroad. ➢ Sponsor each trainee locally for the discovery of the host city and region. ➢ Help trainees to be integrated into the host company culture. ➢ Accompany trainees during their internships in order to help them anticipate their professional insertion. 4

Internship localizations 400 in France, 10 in Morocco, … 8
