According to the 2011 LAHSA Homeless Count, there were 3,959 Homeless Youth and Young Adults. In 2012, there were 781 homeless youth in Service Area Planning 6 (SPA 6) placed in homeless programs that were captured in LAHSA’s HMIS system.

Bed Allocation of Current LAHSA Funded Programs by SPA

LAHSA currently funds 40 programs that provide 670 beds for youth, which represents about $10. 9 Million. 13% of all beds that are funded by LAHSA are allocated to SPA 6.
