SOURCING PARTNER
Our only sourcing partner is Paramount Gems based out of New York City. Lakeshore Diamonds are mined from all over the world in compliance with The Kimberley process, bought by Paramount Gems, hand-picked by Jeff and then cut exclusively for us. Because we only work with one vendor, we can ensure all diamonds coming to Miner’s North are conflict-free; all diamonds are ethically sourced from mines that are part
- f the Diamond Producers Association, with the strictest
- standards. The reason we only work with one source is
because we can 100% trust them and the process. Paramount hand-selects the brightest rough diamonds and eliminates 99% of diamonds due to haziness or large natural inclusions. We know they buy the absolute best rough diamonds

JUST LIKE THE AMAZING FRESH WATER OF LAKE MICHIGAN, OUR LAKESHORE DIAMONDS ARE NATURAL AND PURE AND CUT RIGHT HERE IN THE USA. Traditionally cut diamonds have only 58 facets, but each of our Lakeshore Diamonds features 108 facets and each additional facet provides an extra surface for light to reflect off of. Our diamonds are graded in-house by Jeff, a Graduate Gemologist, based on GIA standards.

OUR LAKESHORE DIAMOND SELECTION IS DIVIDED INTO 3 COLLECTIONS: THE SIGNATURE COLLECTION, THE RESERVE COLLECTION, AND THE LEGACY COLLECTION.
THE SIGNATURE COLLECTION
This collection will have more warmth and clarity characteristics. Most of these diamonds will appear whiter than their grade.
THE RESERVE COLLECTION
This collection has diamonds with slight warmth and potentially some clarity characteristics that you likely won’t see with the naked eye.
THE LEGACY COLLECTION
This collection is our most rare diamonds, the whitest and most pure diamonds.
We are trying to make this process simple and offer all possible options, which is why we have all three collections for you to choose from. One collection is not better than the other and all three will sparkle just the same. Each diamond is hand-picked by Jeff, so we can ensure that you are getting the best diamond for the value, no matter the collection. We firmly believe that you can’t buy a diamond based
