History of Lansing Slides 1847 – 1867 Collection ID 2006-12-001 Forest Parke Library & Archives, Capital Area District Libraries This set of 100 slides came from glass originals obtained by Harold Jacobson, Lansing Public School teacher, West Junior High Principal. He put them into slides together with some taken from photos from Leavenworth Studios. Helen Jacobson (wife) prepared them for presentation and gave them to Mary Jane Wilson. Notation states “On loan from Mary Jane Wilson” but Mary Jane Wilson said she had donated them to CADL in a conversation on December 2, 2006 with volunteer Doug Johnson.
