Follow up from Last Public Meeting

Speeding (Driving to fast!)

City Speed Trailer (1st Quarter 2018)

85th Percentile Speed - the speed that 85% of vehicles do not exceed. 32 mph - between (Bedford Falls Lane – Shepard's Hill Drive) 33 mph - between (Valley Drive and Westway Drive)

Police Department

Working to address it on the Enforcement side.

Engineering Department

Since Reinhardt Elementary will be changing their drop off and pick up Routing at Traffic/Speed Study will be conducted after the School

  • pens in Fall 2019.

Determine Speed Calming Applications to be used.

Are you obtaining any additional Right-of-Way or Easements?

  • NO. Working to stay within current Right-of-Way

Will you repair my grass and irrigation?

YES, Will match existing grass type, existing irrigation systems to be relocated out of proposed improvements. Any damaged irrigation systems will be repaired.

Will you replace my Mailbox?

YES, mailboxes will be salvaged where possible and relocated to new location, if damaged, mailboxes will be reconstructed to match existing type, material and style (to extent possible)

Will I have access to my property?

YES

Will you match my current leadwalk or driveway finish type?

YES, Exposed Aggregate, Pavers, Stamped and Stained, etc. (to extent possible)

Will my trees be disturbed?

NO and YES, lot specific. Will move sidewalk from what is shown to avoid trees where possible.

Will you have to get on my property?

Will acquire Right of Entries from properties where leadwalks and driveways are being replace beyond the Right-of-way Line.
