  4. Product Layout Two piece die cast aluminium housing. Anti corrosive IP sealed capsule containing drivers, 10KV surge protection device and all electrical terminations. Designed to optimise thermal performance. Single piece ‘flow - through’ optical cover. Allows air and rain flow all around optical modules to maximise thermal performance and create self cleaning ‘ venturi effect’. Hinged housing door. Allows for ease of installation and on site access. Electrical termination can be easily accessed. Rotatable optical assembly. Aligns optic assembly for particular applications whilst maintaining the head frame load. Modular glass refractors. Low glare optical design that maximises vertical and horizontal uniformity. Zero uplight.

Thermal Management  Utilizes the principles of conduction and convection to deliver a life of up to 100,000hrs and lumen packages of up to 58,000lms  Strategically designed to ensure critical electronic components are mounted in a separate housing away from heat generated by the LEDS. This separation of Drivers and LED’s reduces the thermal impact on each other. 5

Flexibility  Available with a wide range of lumen outputs and optical distributions to suit a variety of applications and heights.  Suitable for a mounting to existing and new masts via Ø 42/60mm side entry.  Rotatable optics allows the lighting to be adjusted and controlled to the environment required without compromising the head frame load.  Available as part of a complete Holophane High Mast solution. 42/60mm Side entry Rotatable Optic

  7. Lumen Maintenance  Lumen packages from 30,000 to 58,000 lumens  Up to 118lm/W with chip on board technology.  Flow Through Glass Self Cleaning + = Optical Design Optics System  Product design results in a lumen depreciation of L80 at 100,000 within 25 o C ambient. 7

High Mast Advanced Optix  Glass refractors ‘pods’ deliver a Prismaglow lighting effective that results in no dark spots or drop in uniformity in the event of LED depreciation/failure.
