Heathwall Pumping Station Progress In-land Combined sewage overflow shaft June 2019 August 2019 • We have installed 29 segment rings • CSO shaft at 30m depth • Excavated down 28.5 metres, producing 6,565m 3 of excavated material • Once complete, the shaft will be 47m deep • Muck away via river commenced • 5 Mooring piles and campshed complete for Battersea barge and FLO muckaway strategy

Heathwall Pumping Station Progress Pumping Station Shaft June 2019 August 2019 • 13 Heathwall Pumping Station (HPS) Shaft concrete rings have been installed • HPS shaft at 14m depth • Moving to Sprayed Concrete Lining (SCL) method for remainder of shaft 2,154m 3 material has been excavated, all disposed by River • 6

Heathwall Pumping Station Lookahead (Sept – Dec ‘19) • September: - HPS shaft caisson installation to be complete this week - Commence SCL on HPS shaft next week (24/5 working) - CSO shaft 24/5 caisson installation next week - CSO shaft to commence SCL 24/5 week commencing 23/9 • October: - CSO shaft SCL ongoing - HPS shaft SCL to be completed - HPS shaft base and culvert portal to be constructed • November: - Complete HPS shaft base and portal - Commence connection culvert SCL 24/5 working - CSO shaft SCL ongoing 7

Heathwall ll Pumping St Station – Air ir Qualit ity (14 (14 Jun Jun – 5 5 Se Sep 201 2019) No Exceedance Noise Monitors Air Quality Riverlight One Monitors 6 x Exceedances Exceedances: 24 June 2019 • Sub-Contractor demobilising from the West compound 11 July 2019 • Sweeping directly under the monitor in the west Compound 27 July 2019 & 8 August 2019 • No obvious dust creating activities occurred at these times 23 August 2019 & 3 September 2019 • Exceedance caused by saw dust from timber cutting without a vacuum on the West compound 9

How we ar are man anagin ing th the si site • Extra acoustic blankets around conveyor transfer hopper and the main conveyor hopper in Brooks Court • Mixing new geology with London Clay in Brooks Court when possible • Additional acoustic barriers installed around chain conveyor • Ongoing liaison with manufacturer over sound from chain conveyor • Plant operatives continually briefed to allow muck to pile up in Brooks Court where possible • Conveyor alarm switched to flashing lights outside of daylight hours • White noise alarms on plant • Muck bay damped down when safe to do so during dry weather to limit dust • Dedicated road sweeper both inside and outside site
