Evaluation process – ongoing Three-month and six-month telephone interviews to follow-up Out of the 38 practices that participated in a presentation in oral health during the first eight months of trainings, 35 of these practices participated in the interviews. 17 out of the 35 practices were implementing at three-months post presentation for a 48.5% implementation rate. 60% implementation rate at six-month follow up DPW data shows an increase in claims submission for D1206
