Mandatory Inspections

 Local Units of Government (LGU) may conduct

 Most state accesses are open 24 hours a day and may need to

 Non‐DNR owned accesses may have unique requirements as well

Reasonable travel times between public accesses and p inspection stations

 The plan must minimize the amount of time and distance people

 Plan will need to incorporate measures that are feasible for

commercial groups (Lake Service Providers) and local riparian property land owners

 The plan should include information on public awareness of new

requirements to be put in place
