The Anne Fontaine Foundation will kick off its new Green Attitude initiative with the inaugural black-tie Green Attitude Gala on March 21, 2019, the International Day of the Forest. Under the patronage of French Ambassador to the United States Gérard Araud and presented by Pascal Blondeau, the gala is dedicated to “the voice of women,” and will celebrate the contributions women have made to environmental and sustainability causes from the Paris Agreement to creating sustainable alternatives to everyday objects like water bottles and plastic wrap. We will welcome special guests Anne Fontaine, Vera Wang, and French singer Sheila; at the gala, Ambassador Araud will give a historical speech about the urgency of fighting climate change, a priority of the French
